2. Drawing or creating them in an image editor

Let's create a Header for your web page - in any graphics package - let's use a free downloadable version of Paintshop Pro.

Create a new file. File - New.

Image size needs to be defined. Remember the maximum width of your page should be 640 pixels. Let's create a header that is 300 pixels wide and 150 pixels high.
